Day 2

Today I literally “washed” my hair 4 times, it was such a hot day and I stayed in the whole time so I just took a shower every time I felt too hot. No need for styling, no need for hair do’s, fuck it not even shampoo. So far I don’t know what damage it could do to my hair, washing it a lot, but at least for today it was worth it. Today my roomate  saw me for the first time with it and he was like LOVE ITT! so we facetime with my uncle and he loved it too, now that my uncle knowsss my mom’s probably gonna find out soon uh ohh. MAMA DOMINICANA AL ATAQUEE! :S

Ehmm.. is just hair.. tell ur mom to take a chill pill.. it grows back! You’re one of the most beautiful smartest people i’ve ever known.. and the way u look has nothing to do with it… :) 

Thnks babe! I’m not even worried about it either I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE HER FACE! She’s coming over tomorrow muahahahah so let the fun begin! Just like with everythinng else she’s gonna yell and curse at me for about an hour “NO VUA SALI CONTIGO PA LA CALLE CON ESE CACO ASI!” then she’ll say it’s no that badd ” tu lo que ta e loca”, o vaina como “bueno el que e lindo e lindo como sea” I know her too well. I always try to have fun trying to break down those walls built on ignorance that she has. I love that womyn ‘till dead <3

Day 3

I’ve been obsessed with coconut oil for a couple of months now, I put it everywhere in my body several times a day, my face(moisturizer/make up remover), my armpits (natural deodorant), my legs (natural tanning), I scramble my eggs with it, I put it on my smoothies, I even put that shit on my vagina (It’s keep your vagina healthy and out of infections!!) anyways… of course I put it in my hair too, so why stop now! It keeps your hair strong, shiny, vitalized, nourished, protected, it’s anti-dandruffs and best of all smellsss soooo goooood! Did I sound like a commercial? whatevah.

Day 2

Oh yes! I fucking did it!

After frustrating weeks on my journey to natural hair where I was cutting it almost everyday just out of frustration sick of all the heated parts, the dry spots, the parts that wouldn’t even curl up, ending up wearing it up most of the time cuz it just didn’t look okay to me, not being able to do it as I used to, it was literally having new hair on my head; dealing with two textures can be emotionally draining. And all that leaded to one scary solution “THE BIG CHOP!”, and here it is. 

Day 1. 

chop chop chop! 

We made it home style, in a bathroom, between me and my friend Gerard we took turns for about an hour to make it all even. I washed my head after; which felt soooo good and coming out to the streets and feel the breeze, goood shieett. I got several compliments on the streets which made me feel more self confident, then I met up with some friends they loved it too. I really thought the world was going to be all like WOWW WTFF WHY CHU DID THAT! but so faaaar so good, day one lots of compliments from strangers and already known people. SEGUIMOS.
